About the webinar

In this series of regular sessions, we want to bring together members of the Customer Intelligence 360 user community to share experiences, skills and techniques and to help you as customers maximize the potential of your current Customer Intelligence solution from SAS.

Each of the virtual events is designed to last for 60-90 minutes and will include members of the customer community sharing real use cases, experiences and successes with us.

Alongside this, there will be regular features where members of the SAS product and customer success teams will share tips and tricks on how to get the best from the Customer Intelligence 360 platform and a topical session looking at the latest ‘hot topics,’ vision for marketing including features on the Customer Intelligence 360 roadmap.

With over 30 years of experience in the marketing world Mike has worked across many different industry sectors leading mixed teams of creative and technical resources in marketing agencies, consultancy, and supply & demand side commercial businesses. Mike has led two start up marketing solution software organisations through their incubation and early development and supports two university Digital Marketing MSc courses in the UK.


Mark Korey

Mark Korey is a seasoned marketing technologist with 18 years at SAS, currently crafting the future of the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 product experience. He excels at bridging the business and IT divide, driving the modernization of marketing tools, and delivering cohesive solutions. Before joining the product team, Mark led SAS Marketing’s own adoption of Customer Intelligence 360 and numerous MarTech implementations spanning web technology, data enrichment, and marketing analytics. His expertise lies in identifying and implementing business and system integration opportunities, building strong relationships, and continuously learning.


Sara Spadora

CRM Delivery Lead, ICA Banken Sweden

Sara Spadora has a proven track record of enhancing customer loyalty to drive revenue growth, specializing in CRM, communications and relationship marketing. As the CRM Delivery Lead at ICA Banken, she focuses on creating strong, lasting customer relationships by elevating the customer experience and building trust. With years of experience, Sara has held key roles at organizations such as Sirocco Group, Länsförsäkringar, Svenskt Tenn and INDISKA, where her efforts significantly increased customer engagement and loyalty.


Ann-Charlotte Hellström
