Features
- A new Audience action has been incorporated into the I Want To widget on the Home page, providing you with a convenient way to swiftly create an Audience.
- The My Recently Modified Items widget now indicates if an item is locked.
- The filtering functionality in the Scheduled Items widget has been enhanced, so you can now filter for nonrecurring items.
Benefit
- Quickly create Audiences.
- Review which scheduled items are/are not recurring or have/don’t have segment dependencies.
Migrate Communication Nodes from SAS Marketing Automation to CI360
(SAS CI360 Engage Direct)
Features
- Create direct marketing tasks in SAS Customer Intelligence 360 by using communication nodes exported from SAS Marketing Automation.
- Migrate campaign is available in both in Direct Marketing Tasks and Segment Maps.
- Users can migrate both a map and/or a task. We recommend customers perform both actions together or only the Segment Map.
- After migration, the exported campaign is deleted; however, a second export is necessary if Segment Map and Direct Marketing Task are conducted separately.
Benefit
- Migrate SAS Marketing Automation campaigns quickly into CI360.
Note:

- Limitations/Caveats are listed on this page.
- Treatments need to be imported as messages beforehand.
- Positional File, XML and Excel are migrated to delimited files.
- Seeds are not migrated.
- Migrated Campaigns status in Jobs Monitor contains an additional section for communication nodes.

Schema 14 for Unified Data Model

Features
- SAS Customer Intelligence 360 now includes updates to the Unified Data Model (UDM) for Schema 14.
- Schema 14 contains enhancements to support these features:
- Audience membership.
- Support for A/B testing of email tasks.
- Improvements in data collection for cart events, checkout events and purchase events.
Benefits
- The capability to observe users who have entered and exited an audience.
- Designate tasks specifically for users who are newly added to/recently left the audience.
- Improved campaign effectiveness and data-driven decision making using A/B testing.
- Improvements in data collection, such as the total number of items in a basket.

Create Connectors From the Connection Dashboard

Features
- A comprehensive interface to view, edit and manage all your external third-party data integrations, including connector and endpoint configuration.
- Updated version includes the creation of a connector from the Connections Dashboard.
Benefits
- One place to monitor and manage connections to third parties.
- Clear visual representation of data flows, making it easier to understand and optimize integration processes.

Audit Records For Audiences
(SAS CI360 Audiences)
Features
- Authorized users can access and download audit records through the newly added Marketing Administration API endpoint. Actions related to API users are available in the Security category in the downloadable audit records.
- Audit records related to Audience permissions and approvals are available from the Marketing Administration API on the test tenant.
- Audiences Connector facilitates the collection of information on created, changed, deleted, disabled and enabled actions.
Benefits
Enhanced Audiences Records capabilities will enable:
- Effortless access to audit records via the Marketing Administration API for Audiences.
- Exclusion of routine operations that allows to concentrate on critical security aspects.
- Proactive system management and troubleshooting.

Customize A/B Test Settings for Tasks
(SAS CI360 Engage Digital)
Features
- Customize analytics test settings globally for each Web Spot A/B, Mobile Spot A/B and Web Spot Mobile Variate Testing (MVT) task.
- Overwrite the values for Confidence Interval and Threshold, Lift, and Minimum Detectable Difference on the task level without changing defaults in General Settings.
- Easily restore the application defaults specified in the General Settings by choosing Restore Application Settings under Test Settings for each task.

- Gain the ability to tailor analytics test settings on task level and globally.
- Quick and convenient restoration to the default configurations, providing flexibility and control.
