Insight report updates
(General)
Features
- Enhanced global task reports via the Insights option in the navigation bar, along with task-specific reports available to all customers.
- Customize columns displayed in both global and task-specific reports. Settings are saved for future sessions to provide a personalized reporting experience.
- For global email reports accessible from the Insights area, click the name of an email task in the report table to directly open the task for further details.
Benefit
- Improved user efficiency, allowing for a more personalized and streamlined experience when accessing global and task-specific insights.

- This option is available for nonhierarchical (nonexpandable) tables only.
Training update: Building Segments using SAS Customer Intelligence 360

Features
- The SAS Education team has upgraded the Building Segments using SAS Customer Intelligence 360 course, refining key lessons on Data Sources and Segments for greater clarity and effectiveness.
- New demos on Segment Maps and the Criteria Node, along with enhanced content for Data Sources, Split Node and Export Node, providing a more comprehensive and hands-on learning experience.
Benefit
- With new demos and updated content, the course empowers users to build more effective customer segments and improve their ability to leverage data.

Generate alternate subject lines with GenAI
(Email)
Features
- SAS Customer Intelligence 360 now includes generative AI to help improve your email subject lines with AI-generated suggestions.
- Enter your subject line, and GenAI will provide alternatives. You can accept, modify or ask for more options to refine it.
- The system automatically detects your language based on your input without needing to adjust language settings.
- Available for both standard email tasks and subject line A/B tests, giving you flexibility in optimizing your subject lines.
- Compare your original subject line with the AI-generated one and choose the best fit for your campaign.

- Enhanced email performance: AI-generated subject line suggestions help you craft more engaging and optimized subject lines.
- Increased flexibility: With the ability to compare and refine subject lines, you can easily choose the most effective option for both standard email tasks and A/B tests.
Note:
- GenAI features must be turned on by your tenant admin. GenAI is disabled by default.
- Navigate to General Settings then select Generative AI to enable GenAI features.
- By enabling GenAI for your organization, you acknowledge and agree that the terms found at SAS Generative AI Terms apply to your organization's use of SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

- It is your responsibility to review any output generated with AI to ensure that the AI-generated content that you select is appropriate and accurate for its intended purpose.

Unsubscribe: Two-step options

Features
- As part of the opt-out improvements to SAS Customer Intelligence 360, SAS has been rolling out two-step unsubscribe configuration across recent releases. Now, all two-step solutions are available:
- Generic opt-out: Nonbranded HTML pages for confirmation and goodbye messages.
- Customer-branded: Create and host your own customized HTML pages for confirmation and goodbye messages, along with custom JavaScript code to send opt-out requests back to SAS Customer Intelligence 360 and gather additional recipient information.
- Hybrid: Utilize a generic confirmation page hosted by SAS while creating and hosting a custom, branded goodbye page that recipients see after unsubscribing.

- Improved user experience: Offering multiple opt-out solutions enhances recipient satisfaction by providing tailored confirmation and goodbye pages that align with your brand.
- Increased customization: The ability to create and host your own HTML pages and JavaScript code allows for greater flexibility in gathering recipient information and managing opt-out requests.
- Streamlined process: The availability of a hybrid solution simplifies the opt-out process for recipients, making it easier for them to unsubscribe while still maintaining brand visibility.

Quick View Report enhancements

Features
- The Email Quick View Report has received several usability enhancements:
- A new Occurrence Date column added – this shows the task run date, allowing for more effective filtering and sorting, even for tasks run recently but published long ago.
- Responsive scrolling has been added for faster navigation through the report.
- The report now includes 13 months of historical data for better analysis.
- Customize columns displayed in both global and task-specific reports. Your settings are saved for future sessions to provide a personalized reporting experience.
- Task names are now clickable links, making it easier to access the task’s detailed insights directly.
Benefit
- With customizable column settings, responsive scrolling and the new Occurrence Date filter, users can easily navigate, sort and analyze up to 13 months of email data, creating a more streamlined and personalized reporting experience.
View the date and time of an attachment

Feature
- View the date and time when an attachment is added to a planning item, invoice, commitment or workflow task, providing better visibility and tracking for document management.

- Displaying attachment dates and times enhances tracking and review processes, streamlining document management.
