Nordic Hack in SAS^® Viya^®

Topic of the Challenge:

SAS® Viya® AI to digitalize Pension Management.

Nordea Pension Fund use case for SAS Hackathon – Data Quality & Decision Making:

• People pension management electronic forms from the banking branches are processed by banking operations (300 types of forms). 

• Nordea uses RPA for this work but are not able to realize the desired benefits. Robot fails because data in the electronic forms is not complete, is incorrect, inconsistent or otherwise corrupt. The failed processes are then handled manually at great cost, and to the point that RPA is not a good investment to Nordea.

• Data science, analytics, screening, robots could be used to help decision managers make the right decisions and more productivity could be realized.
