Global GenAI Research: China leads on adoption followed by UK

A new global study has revealed that:

China leads the way for GenAI adoption, followed by the UK and the US.

SAS commissioned Coleman Parkes Research Ltd to investigate how organisations are using GenAI and the challenges they’re facing, with results based on responses from 1,600 decision makers across key global markets.

Business decision makers in China report that 83% of their organisations are using the technology. This is followed by the UK (70%) and the US (65%). But organisations in the US are ahead in terms of maturity and having fully implemented GenAI technologies at 24% compared to China’s 19%, and the UK’s 11%.
