Digital Transformation: Modernizing Decision Making for Government
Webinar Series: Part 3

Building a Diverse and Inclusive Government with Analytics

On-Demand

About the webinar

At the same point in history, government leaders are aggressively pursuing digitization because of the COVID-19 impacts and they must also respond to the awareness of and call for action against systemic inequality and underrepresentation in all policies, programs and systems.  This adds an extra layer of complexity to the digital transformation that governments have no choice but to undertake.

Analytics is a key pillar for government digital transformation and decisions driven from data will have an ever increasing impact on peoples’ lives. This highlights the importance of having a strong ethical framework surrounding the use of analytics. Join us for the third webinar, apart of our four part webinar series for government, where a panel of analytics thought leaders discuss key considerations and grapple with the questions of what we must do differently to make steps toward Diversity and Inclusion: Diversity of Workforce, Diversity of Data and Diversity in Governance.

In this webinar, our panelists will answer questions such as:

  • How does the expanded use of analytics affect marginalized segments of our communities?
  • What strategies are organizations using to build diversity into analytic programs?
  • How can we measure and assess the inclusivity of an analytic model?
  • Why are diversity and inclusion particular challenges when it comes to data?
