Andrew Fowkes has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry.  Fowkes leverages his merchant experience in guiding retailers as they blend the art of retailing with the science of SAS technology. He regularly meets with senior executives in leading retail and CPG organizations introducing them to the Power of SAS and raising the awareness of the strategic benefits of Analytics in Retail.  Prior to joining SAS, Fowkes served as Operations Director for Marketmax in the UK,  he was buying/merchandising Director with Marks & Spencer responsible for international sourcing, Menswear, Homeware and Lingerie.  He is a frequent contributor at retail industry conferences and commentator in the media in Europe where he is based.


Antonio Calvo

Global Retail & CPG Practice - SAS

Antonio Calvo leads Business Development in EMEA to drive the growth of SAS solutions and is a member of the SAS Industry Advisory Board. He has been serving clients for over 20+ years across Europe and beyond, helping organizations establish competitive advantage using advanced software solutions, AI and analytics for supply chains, marketing, and financial management. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UPC and a master’s degree from IESE Business School. He is a frequent lecturer at various universities across Spain and has published articles for GS1, IKN and IDC.


James Mac Donald

Senior Business Solutions Manager , Customer Intelligence - SAS

James leads the Customer Intelligence Practice at SAS South Africa and has been involved with business transformation and customer experience initiatives at many large customers in Financial Services and other industries. He is passionate about bridging the gap between IT, Business and Customer Experience Stakeholders, and applying digital technologies in meaningful and relevant ways that meets real-world requirements and helps brands develop better relationships and business outcomes with their customers.
