Her experience spans industries including biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, education and banking.

As advisory product manager within the SAS global marketing and customer intelligence product line, Mark collaborates with his fellow product managers and R&D organization to deliver optimal user experiences for customers of SAS Customer Intelligence 360, a SaaS marketing technology and customer data platform. In his 20 years at SAS, Mark has launched various MarTech solutions at SAS across advertising, social media, mobile and other digital channels. Mark earned his engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts, and his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
