Knapp has spent most of his 33-year federal career at the International Trade Administration, where he helps trade analysts calculate tariffs using SAS software. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of trade analysts program in SAS through formal classroom training, one-on-one tutorials and individual programming assistance.
