As a charter member of the SAS Customer Success organization, Shannon Moore helped formulate the strategy and practice of this post-sales group. Our goal is to help with the adoption and modernization of our customers' SAS solutions. Moore frequently speaks at users’ groups and customer sites, either in person or via the web, on a wide range of topics that include business analytics, system architecture, enhancing graphics and report output, and updates to the software.
