About the experts


Mike Turner (Host)

Principal Business Solutions Manager, SAS

Mike has over 30 years of experience working across many different industry sectors and has held several senior business roles. He has led mixed teams of creative and technical resources in marketing agencies, consultancy, supply and demand side commercial businesses and led two startup organizations through their incubation and early development. Today, as well as his consultancy work at SAS, he continues to support two Digital Marketing MSc courses in London with Regents and Royal Holloway Universities, as well as working with a number of organizations and partners providing consultative business advice, mentoring and strategic direction. Mike is also the chairperson of the trustees for a small local community charity and a Parish Councillor in Norfolk, UK, where he lives.


Ana Beotas

MadTech and Intelligence Advisor, SAS

Ana Beotas is a MadTech Advisor at SAS, where she supports organizations in managing all their large marketing data to improve CX and Advertising efforts. She graduated from Universidad CEU San Pablo with a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising and PR and holds a master's in International Relations and Public Affairs. Previous to SAS, Ana worked in advertising, PR and consultancy agencies for B2B and B2C clients, as well as in marketing communication departments in the areas of health care, renewable energies, tech, retail, life sciences and telecoms.


Jim Hazen

Product Manager, SAS Customer Intelligence 360, SAS

Jim Hazen is a product manager within SAS’s Customer Intelligence product team. He has a bachelor's and master's in business with a concentration in marketing. Jim started his career as an analytics practitioner at IBM, later working at Lenovo, Capstrat (now Ketchum) and Ernst & Young before settling into product management – previously at Google and now at SAS – using his experiences to help build software for marketing organizations.
