Each year, the SAS community comes together from around the world to push the boundaries of what’s possible with the full breadth of SAS® platforms and solutions. Users, business leaders and partners come to hear what we have to say, but the true value of SAS Innovate is the opportunity to connect and be inspired by peers navigating similar challenges.

- $500 reimbursement for US domestic airfare, $750 for North America (Canada, Mexico, Central and South America), and $1,500 for international airfare.
*Incidentals will be at the speaker’s own expense.

Here’s what you need to prepare:
Presenter Information: Name, email, company, job title, a short bio (200 words max) and a headshot
Session Type: (e.g., Deep Dive, Solution Showcase)
Session Information:
- Session Title (100 characters max)
- Session Description (750 characters max)
- Problem Statement (500 characters max)
- Solution Description (750 characters max)
- Three Key Takeaways (750 characters max)
- Justification for Selection (750 characters max)
- Session Type (e.g., Deep Dive, Solution Showcase)
- Session Outline/Flow
Target Audience: (e.g., Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Executives)
Topic Areas: (e.g., Technology Innovations, Power User Tips & Tricks, SAS® Viya® Success)
Industry Relevance: Specify if your presentation targets specific industries (e.g., Banking, Health Care, Retail)
SAS Platform: Indicate the platform used (e.g., SAS Viya, SAS®9)
Technical Level: (e.g. Introductory, Intermediate, Executive)
Session Guidelines and Tips:
- Each presenter is limited to two submissions.
- Each session is limited to one presenter and one co-presenter.
- Your progress will be saved, so you can exit the form and return to it later without losing any information.
- SAS Employees: This form is only for nominating external speakers. The internal call for content opens in December 2024.
- Dive deep into a single, well-defined message. Cover one topic inside and out so that your audience will walk away with a thorough understanding of it.
- Inspire, challenge and blow some minds. Be ready to take on tough questions, reveal new possibilities and put forth an idea that’s lightning in a bottle!
- Ensure your idea is hyper-relevant. Speak about something that resonates with the SAS Innovate audience and connects directly to their data, analytics or business challenges.
- Be a storyteller and build authentic connections. Show how your idea was used to solve a problem and how your audience can be the heroes of their own stories.
What happens next?
Upon submitting your proposal, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will work diligently to review your submission and craft a diverse agenda. Notifications will be sent by late October 2024.
