At SAS, our Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs) are at the heart of our inclusive culture. These voluntary, employee-led communities foster connection, spark innovation and strengthen collaboration across our organization. While each group celebrates distinct perspectives and experiences, they're open and welcoming to all employees. EIGs enhance our culture of belonging and advance our mission, vision and values.
