Data Analytics Manager, GSK

Ravi Mandal is currently working as a Data Analytics Manager at GSK. Before joining GSK, he gained significant experience in the healthcare sector and continues to work in this field. His expertise includes leveraging data for sales forecasting to predict trends and support strategic planning, optimizing workflows to reduce lead time and enhance service delivery, and analyzing buying behavior patterns within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to understand healthcare purchasing decisions. He also provides actionable insights through market basket and patient analytics for healthcare providers and systems. Additionally, he leads large-scale automation efforts to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

One of his notable achievements is implementing an automated query classification system using Random Forest models, which significantly enhanced master data management processes. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA, he has a strong foundation in both IT systems and business management, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between technology and business strategy.


Ashwini Reddy

Sr. Customer Success Manager, SAS

With over 7 years of experience, she has a diverse background in education, consulting, content development, and research. In the field of education, she has served as a trainer for analytics, fraud management, risk management, and programming for clinical trials. Her consulting experience spans business analytics projects across various industries, including life and general insurance, healthcare, banking and finance, retail, and utilities. In content development, she has created materials on the fundamentals of programming for clinical trials, analytics for healthcare and life sciences, and understanding risk management.

She has also authored research publications, including “Cancer Burden in India: Evaluating the Cost Burden of Treatment due to TRIPS” (National Journal of Research in Community Medicine, Volume 4, Issue 2, April-June, 2015) and “When, Which, and Where of Disease Incidence in India: An IDSP Analysis” (International Journal of Advanced Biological Research, Volume 6, Issue 4, 2016).

Her educational background includes being a Fellow of Future Leaders in Development (2015), holding an M.Sc. in Health Informatics, and a B.A. in Economics and Statistics.
