Ethics and Compliance in the Evolving Business Environment-ROI, Risks and Impact of ChatGPT

Available On-Demand

As the business environment continues to evolve, ethics and compliance (E&C) professionals are facing new challenges and opportunities. This session will explore the return on investment (ROI) of protecting the brand, managing risks, and increasing productivity.

Using real-world examples and case studies, this session will examine business, legal, and ethical cases.  The speakers will provide practical guidance for professionals looking to enhance their programs. It will also discuss the impact of new trends, such as the transformational impact of natural language processing (NLP) tools such as ChatGPT. While these tools offer new opportunities for detecting and preventing misconduct, they also add a new layer of risk when used by bad actors to circumvent processes and controls.

We will discuss:

  • The benefits and challenges of using NLP in E&C and provide practical insights into how to leverage these tools to enhance your E&C program while mitigating potential risks.
  • Responsible and Ethical uses of Artificial Intelligence
  • Insider threat & procurement integrity
  • Using a data and human centric model to risk management
