SAS Institute Japan Co., Ltd. SAS announced that they were elected in 35th place for medium size department with employee 100-999 people.
The company's culture of innovation, creativity, and work-life balance has made it a top-ranked company every year in the US head office and many other countries. These achievements have been realized and maintained by the same corporate policy as the company's establishment in 1976: “Achieving work with personal balance” of CEO Jim Goodnight. This SAS DNA is shared by offices worldwide, and is a cornerstone of SAS management.
At SAS, we believe that a corporate culture that supports work-life balance is important in order to enhance employee creativity. From employee development to health and welfare, SAS is committed to improving the work environment, such as greening offices, introducing personal booths, and providing ample refreshments. In addition, we have introduced a “Communication Lunch System” to support inter-divisional communication that is not tied to departments or titles, or a mentor system or career adviser system to promote career development, thus fostering future career development of employees. I am supporting. We are also working to improve and enhance our living environment, such as flexible leave systems and flexible working according to the employee's lifestyle, a freely customizable benefit program, and a volunteer support system.
We believe that these efforts can increase employee motivation and engagement, and lead to the solution and innovation of important business issues. The management and employees have been united in their efforts to improve the working environment, reform of the system and revitalize communication, etc., and has been elected for two consecutive years.
Going forward, we will continue to develop the strengths of SAS Japan and aim for a workplace where each and every employee can appreciate their work.
