Canada is following this trend and has proposed a new bill that will have significant impact on organizations and individuals. In this session, we’ll discuss what you need to know about this proposed change to privacy legislation, the impacts on citizen experience and organizational accountability, and the tactical measures to take now – to get ahead of these changes and drive a better citizen experience today.
