As you know, SAS recently ran a survey asking a variety of questions that would help us get a better understanding of our customer needs and assist us in tailoring a program to suit what you, the user, wants. We received a brilliant response from 1,100 people (thank you if you were one them!).

Among the insights we gathered were:

  • 73% said the haven’t yet attended a user group
  • 40% said they do attend in order to learn new material
  • 45% said yes they’d prefer attending a virtual user group instead of a physical one
  • With a further 42% saying they’d be open to the online webinar format

You have asked us for more training material, loyalty benefits, virtual user groups and of course, the ability to participate and glean from other professionals all around the world. Our users, ‘Team SAS’ has spoken, and we’ve listened. That’s why I’m excited to announce the evolution of our user program.

More details will be shared via a live webinar proposed for mid-June, but I wanted to share with you plans for an exciting period ahead.
