Students
Full-time students (enrolled in at least 12 credit hours at a postsecondary academic institution) get to attend SAS Innovate for free! Secure your spot with a $50 deposit, refundable upon attendance at the conference. Refund may take up to a week to process. Spaces are limited; book early.

Payment Policy:
Registrations and Group Pass Purchases require payment via credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
General: Substitutions are welcome at any time. To cancel your registration and receive a full refund, please modify your registration or notify us via email by March 31. From March 31 to April 15, a $100 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation. After April 15, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be provided for pre-conference add-ons after March 25. To manage your cancellation, follow the instructions in your confirmation email or send your cancellation request to the registrar at SASInnovateReg@sas.com.
Students: To cancel your registration and receive a full refund, please modify your registration or notify us via email by March 31. From March 31 to April 15, a $25 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation. After April 15, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be provided for pre-conference add-ons after March 25. Your $50 deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of the event. Guest Pass: There are a limited number of guest passes available exclusively for SAS Innovate After Hours on the streets of New York at Universal Studios Florida. Please note that guests must be over 21, and passes are limited to one guest per attendee while supplies last. Guest passes are $150 and include transportation to and from the event, late night snacks and beverages, theme park rides and entertainment. All guests must have a SAS Innovate Guest Pass; Universal Studios Park Tickets will not be valid for entry to our private party. Guest Pass substitutions are welcome at any time.
To cancel your guest pass and receive a full refund, please modify your registration or notify us via email by April 15. After April 15, the guest pass fee is nonrefundable. To manage your cancellation, follow the instructions in your confirmation email or send your cancellation request to the registrar at SASInnovateReg@sas.com.
Group Policy: Use this form to take advantage of our group discount for groups of two or more attendees by March 31, 2025, or while supplies last. The group manager/purchaser is not assumed to be one of the registrants. This offer covers the registration fees only and not pre-conference add-ons. See our FAQ page for more details. Due to the deep discounts received for group registrations and the step-level pricing, we cannot offer refunds or adjustments under any circumstances. Group passes are transferrable but nonrefundable.
