About the Experts


Cheryl Cass, PhD
Senior Global Academic Program Manager, SAS

Prior to joining SAS in 2019, Cheryl Cass served as a teaching professor and Director of Undergraduate Programs in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at North Carolina State University. Cass taught engineering students at all levels, developed new courses and directed the senior capstone program in her department. As Director, she focused on engineering curriculum development, assessment and accreditation, and student recruitment and mentoring.


Rochelle Fisher
Global Academic Program Manager, SAS

Prior to joining SAS in 2019, Rochelle Fisher previously was the Assessment Coordinator for Workforce Development at the Virginia Community College System. In that role, she created and implemented assessment plans for grants and projects at the system level. Prior to that, Fisher was the Assessment Coordinator for Salisbury University and established a university wide assessment plan for general education.  


Liz Moran
Senior Global Academic Program Manager, SAS

Prior to joining SAS in 2018, Liz Moran spent 15 years serving in various administrative roles in public higher education, most recently as Assistant Dean of Academic Programs in the College of Textiles at North Carolina State University. Her experience includes working in admissions, enrollment management, student development, online education, global engagement and curriculum development.
